The Fibre-Metal® Supereight™ Roughneck P2A Hardhat is built to deliver superior strength, toughness, and durability. Engineered for exceptional impact and crack resistance, this cap-style hard hat has undergone rigorous performance testing.

This hard hat is constructed from a proprietary injection-molded fiberglass compound, enhancing its durability to a level eight times greater than that of standard high-density polyethylene (HDPE) cap shells. Its enhanced heat resistance ensures the Roughneck P2A passes ANSI-Z89.1-2009 impact resistance tests at extreme temperatures of up to 370°F.

The Roughneck P2A features injection-molded solid color resin, ensuring a permanent, no-chip, no-peel finish. The smooth, matte finish enhances logo imprints, leading to crisper, cleaner company cap visuals that last longer.

It’s available with Fibre-Metal’s famous non-slip/non-strip ratchet or TabLok(TM) headgear for an assured fit. For further flexibility, the hard hat is compatible with Quick-Lok®, Swingstrap, or Speedy® Loop helmet attachment systems, making it easy to attach faceshields and welding helmets.

In terms of safety certifications, all Roughneck caps are factory-assembled and third-party certified by SEI to meet ANSI Z89.1-2009 Type I Class G and CSA Z94.1-2005 Type I Class G or C standards in both forward and reverse directions.
