The Roughneck P2A is constructed with a unique injection-molded fiberglass compound, ensuring it is eight times stronger than standard high-density polyethylene (HDPE) cap shells. With improved heat resistance, the P2A meets ANSI-Z89.1-2009 impact resistance tests even at extreme temperatures up to 370°F.

A smooth, matte finish characterizes the hardhat, with an injection-molded solid color resin that guarantees a permanent, no-chip, no-peel finish. This finish allows for crisper, cleaner logo imprints, ensuring your official company caps look professional and last longer.

Available with the renowned Fibre-Metal non-slip/non-strip ratchet or TabLok(TM) headgear, the P2A Hardhat is ready for use with a variety of helmet attachment systems like Quick-Lok®, Swingstrap, or Speedy® Loop. This versatility makes it easy to add faceshields and welding helmets as required.

With the assurance of being factory-assembled and SEI third-party certified, all Roughneck caps meet the ANSI Z89.1-2009 Type I Class G and CSA Z94.1-2005 Type I Class G or C standards in both forward and reverse directions.
